While planning a wedding or event abroad has its own unique challenges, we know how to make the planning process for a destination wedding effortless & enjoyable. Our team has planned weddings all over the United States, Europe, and Mexico. We will oversee your vendor breakdown at the end of the night, sending you home with your personal items & gifts. We setup & style your personal decor and paper goods, help transition guests from event-to-event, and coordinate important events like the ceremony processional, family & wedding party photos, special reception dances, toasts, and the cake cutting. On wedding day our team oversees all logistical details as the point of contact for your vendors. We also offer customized Partial Planning packages to meet your specific needs. With this package, we can provide appropriate vendor recommendations and answer any etiquette questions as needed. We step in 30 days before your event to take over all communication with your vendors, lead a final walk-through at the venue, finalize your planning & day-of details, create your wedding weekend timeline, and make sure all of your logistics and plans are confirmed with your vendor team. Month Of Planning is best if you have planned most of your wedding, but want to let go of logistics in the final weeks leading up to your big day. Through conversations and imagery, we’ll narrow in on specific themes and repeating elements that inspire you to create a detailed design presentation which will guide us through floral planning, tabletop and event rental selections, stationery design, lighting plans, and personal touches.
